The present invention is referred to a disposition of electronic units and procedures to control and regulate the energy consumption of devices connected to the electric network in order to avoid blackouts generated by electric overloads o peak load, and to protect the providers and users electric installations in an autonomous and decentralized way, and maximizing the Human Thermal Confort.
These devices have been elaborated by the Grupo de Investigación en Tecnologías Informáticas Avanzadas (GITIA) of the Facultad Regional Tucumán - Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (UTN-FRT) and the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas.
